Turnaround Time:
All products are custom created for you and ship from our fulfillment center in WI. Orders will print and ship within 5 business days of receipt of your order. After November 5 through December 12, that turnaround time can increase up to 7 days due to order volume. Shipping time is additional, but is general 1-2 days to addresses in the Midwest, and 3-4 days to other areas of the U.S.
Proofs:
We do not offer proofs for note cards, wine bags, or note sheet sets. Once digital photo cards are available, one free proof per order will be automatically sent to you within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this additional proof time in when ordering to be sure that you get your cards when you need them!
Digital Photo Cards:
Rhonda Holcomb Photography customers, please indicate in the notes section at checkout that your photo will be coming from Rhonda Holcomb Photography. If you've taken your own minimum 300 dpi Jpeg photo(s), please e-mail it directly to us at ccorders@henandbarley.com with your name in the subject line. Please note that some cropping may occur, and lower resolution photos may look grainy when printed. Sorry, but we cannot accept images from professional photographers unless they are accompanied by a signed release from the photographers.

Returns:
Because each product is custom created for you or your gift recipient, our products are not returnable. Please review your spelling and choices carefully.
If for some reason your product is damaged during shipment, you must report this damage to us within 2 business days of receipt.
